The cage comes with two 23” long chrome dual mounted safety bars and two 3 ¼” long chrome lock on safety bars, compatible with 7’ Olympic bars. Each pair of bars can handle a weight capacity of 800 lbs and are adjustable to 19 height levels for a total range of workout positions, perfect for squats, shrugs, chin ups/pull ups, incline/decline bench presses, and other strength training exercises.

At the back of the Power cage, two rear stability bars are added for solid-state performance while performing strength-training exercises. Your purchase includes One Fitness Reality LAT Pull-Down attachment for the Super Max Power Cage. Power Cage, Olympic bar, weight plates, and bench are not included. 2” Olympic plates need to be used with Olympic Adapter Sleeves (Not Included). Includes high and low row pulley systems, high tensile strength nylon coated cable, easy glide 2” x 2” chrome guide rail for smooth operation, and one 39” bar and one 20” low row bar attachments with foam grips. The ball bearing pulley systems provides smooth operation while building muscles on your upper back, shoulders, and arms (biceps and triceps) with a variety of exercises such as Wide Lat Pull-down, Lat Pull Over, Triceps Extensions, and more.

Extended lower rear cross bar provides extra space for fitting in benches and footrest for seated row exercises, along with a 6.5” long weight plate storage post and two 1-inch Spring Clip Collars included. Use with Olympic or standard weight plates.
